Was out at Mammoth for 5 days of skiing and realized on day 3, that the fit for my boots had to be off- serious shin bang. Instead of demoing boots, I got fit and I was off a size, so I bought new boots and custom footbeds.

Day 4 was amazing- “new boot day” was real. Throughout the day, my shins felt better- kept tightening my boots as needed. I had my skis adjusted to my new boots at the rental shop at the mountain, and this adjustment really made it easier to carve! Not just new boots, I basically got new skis too. Minor adjustments really make a difference!

Day 5 was a little miserable because the shins, but I’m super excited for the holidays when I drive up north to get more days in!

I happen to have small feet, needed a low volume boot, my heels apparently don’t take up that much space. In the future, I can get custom boot liners because these boots are the correct size. One foot also happens to be a little larger which puts me almost in between sizes.

To note- custom footbeds only take 30 min to have made if the shop isn’t busy!

If you’re getting into skiing (started back up in 2020 as an adult), definitely spend money on your boots, and your own comfort! I’m really excited for my season because I’m pretty sure I’ll be able to tackle moguls better, and steeper runs with the new boots!

Wow! Amazing service! Helped out with something on my boots and it was so very easy and fast! Person who helped us was really great. The guy before me was getting repairs to insoles he had had for over 20 years! And they fixed them like new!

Went in twice because my 3-year old boots were finally breaking in. First time my boots were over-corrected, but I appreciate the kindness and alacrity of the gentleman who helped me. Second time, I was flat out ignored by a staff member in favor a customer who came in behind me--no appointment for either of us. Then I was subtly insulted for not having more expensive boots. Then this salesperson then got irritated with me and I was told I couldn't be helped because I was having trouble verbalizing exactly and with precision the problem with my boots. The problems were somewhat sorted but not entirely. Bottom line--my boots just needed tweaking and now they're really effecting my performance. I also don't need the attitude.

They put my liner back into my shell incorrectly. The toe was completely folded over and has left my foot bed completely warped.

This place is awesome. Great custom fit boots They have locations in most major ski areas and they will adjust and twaek the fit at any of them for free. I ripped a velcro by pulling too hard and mailed it in, they repaired it and sent it back fast and at no charge. They are awesome. A little pricey but you get what you pay for an when it comes to skiing nothing is more important than boots. I took my brother in law here, he bought a pair and I am taking my wife next. A+

By far the best ski boot store I have ever been to. They ended a lifetime of poorly fitting boots with an hour in their store. Todd was a huge help and was the most knowledgeable person on “boot fittings” I’ve ever met. 10/10
