My husband and I were just passing through with our 37ft trailer, on our way out to CO. We had become increasingly worried about decreasing gas mileage and new trailer brakes sticking. We were referred to McKay over here at Sweetwater trailer by another mechanic shop in town and figured we'd see what a quote was to get the trailer brakes looked at. We were worried that maybe we would be looking at a bit of a bill but to our absolute surprise, McKay took a quick look for free for us. I'd highly recommend coming here if you have any issues with your trailer and you're nearby. All the other places were pretty booked up and we thought we'd have to put our trip on hold so this was an absolute blessing. Thank you sweetwater trailer and especially to McKay for your help. Outstanding service. We stopped by on our way to Yellowstone to have Mark diagnose our motorhome's refrigerator. He diagnosed it as a failed circuit board. He did not have a replacement in stock, but referred us to a place that did have one in stock.

Mark's diagnosis was correct and the service we received at the place he referred us to was top notch. Overall, our experience was very positive.

Absolutely the best. Had bearing failure on I80W while moving cross country. Took our trailer in at the end of the day Friday and worked into Saturday when they're technically closed to get us back on the road. Fair prices and excellent service! Sweetwater was an amazing experience! My family was en route to Alaska with a caravan of trucks and trailers and we started noticing an issue with one of the trailer axles. We were 2 hours away from rock springs and Mark stayed beyond closing to meet us. He was friendly, professional and helped us figure out the issue in a short time so we could get back on the road. He supported us with great advice moving forward and honestly his help saved our trailer from getting severely damaged. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend their service.
