I don’t normally write reviews, positive or negative, unless I feel absolutely inclined to do so. Such is the case with my experience at the Swiss Watch Gallery, where I had an overwhelmingly positive experience. A few months ago, I connected with the manager, Leyla, who was personable and transparent with me about the process of obtaining the watch I was on the hunt for (a new Tudor piece). I followed up and spoke with Leyla a few times over phone, and each time she was a delight to talk to, and she told me that she would keep me informed as soon as she knew more from her Tudor reps.

Leyla followed up with me as promised, and I was elated when I finally got that fateful call from her. Leyla and team went above and beyond to give me that luxury buying experience and took care in answering all my questions. Leyla was honest about wanting to establish a relationship with me, despite my not having a prior purchase history at her store. I appreciate that Leyla picked up on how passionate I am about this hobby and understood the value of giving first-time buyers a chance. She is business savvy and knows that delivering an exceptional customer experience means that I’ll keep coming back and doing business with her again in the future. I recently started to get back into watches and Swiss Watch Gallery was the closest dealer to carry a wide selection. I went in just to browse and ended up leaving with a watch I had my eye on for a few months. Admittedly I probably don’t fit the image of your average customer that shops here but that didn’t stop Kelly from treating me with respect and showing me all the options she thought fit my style. I’ve now gotten four watches from them and have no reason to shop anywhere else. The whole team has helped me out now and everyone there has been great. It’s not your typical jewelry store sales pitch. Looking forward to more watches in the future!

The experience for me is always top notch. Maybe I'm fortunate cause I know the owner and family for more than 15 yrs. But since the first day they me they always took care of me . This is a high end jewelry store but they can help you out if you have a question or need a repair. They do carry name brand jewelry and watches and some custom made pieces. So if you're looking for some beautiful timepieces then this is your place.
