Installed our stair chair a few years back. Had an issue due to owners fault. Sent Travis a message and he called back. He walked us through how to fix the issue. Exceptional Customer Service!

Lisa went above and beyond today when I was in dire need. I flew into State College from Arizona and realized I was missing some parts to my CPAP. I called CVS, Rite Aid, Walmart and nobody carried CPAP supplies on their shelves, so they directed me to the Medical supply places in the area.
I called Care Plus Oxygen, Inc because the name seemed to be a good fit, but after multiple calls being bounced around their phone system and being transferred around they told me they wouldn't do business with me because I wasn't a patient.

Two nights without my CPAP had me exhausted!!

I finally got help when I called T & B Medical Inc. Lisa had one part I needed and she must have called at least 12 places trying to find the other part I needed, but couldn't find the other part anywhere 🙁
The amount of empathy she had to try to help me was truly amazing, she is a complete Saint!!

I was blown away when my phone rang about 30 minutes later and she said she was able to locate the part for me. WHAT!!! she kept trying to help me after I was gone.. what a complete delight and life saver she is, and the reason I highly recommend this company!!

I think those One Star reviews are either fake or mistaking this company for another one.

Thank you again Lisa for allowing me to sleep in peace tonight!

I have been using T and B Medical for years and have always been very happy with the service. Everyone was helpful and courteous and did their very best to make sure I was happy with my purchases. Travis has installed 3 lifts and has been back several times to make adjustments that I requested. I am sorry to read the negative comments as I have never experienced any of the treatment described. I would hate to see State College lose a valuable small business because of them.

My wife and I stopped by several months ago to purchase a shower chair. We were in a bind and needed one immediately. They had the exact chair we wanted in stock (at a reasonable price) so we made our purchase and continued on our way. The entire transaction went smoothly without incident or commotion. The salesperson even assembled the chair and carried it to our car!

T and B is a wonderful company! They helped get a hospital bed and a special mattress for my dad as he was moving into a personal care home. They were great about helping out quickly (as these types of moves are usually done quickly after a medical emergency) and even provided a different mattress while we waited for the proper mattress to come in. We were purchasing (not renting) the bed and their price was better than others in town. AND, they are overly kind and helpful. Also, helpful in the past for my father's CPAP machine.
