When to see a car today which was going to come out to 13,000 something and it’s was clean and drove good. The thing I was confused with was their fee’s that which was not mention before until a sit down and was told that dealer fee of 1495 extra on top of state, inspections, stickers, sales fees, all the normal stuff and for that to be added on, and then there was no wiggle room or no negotiation is very mind blowing me, but wish them all the best. Oh yeah the extra fee was because they put new tires, brakes, rotors getting the car clean ready for sale like is that was your suppose to due when buying a car. This is why I don’t buy in Philadelphia.

This was my very 1st big purchase. I discovered Tacony Imports through observation; a few cars in my neighborhood had their sticker. I did some of my own research and decided I was ready to upgrade my previous car. My dad and I went to Tacony to test drive a few cars and Omi was very patient, honest, and insightful. He was able to give carfax history on each car which helped narrow down my options. I decided on a Honda Civic- no pressure at all! Aqeel Michael? I believe was his name conducted the financing and trade in offer. He was very transparent and helped me choose the right payment given my current financial status as a full time college student. My dad was confident in the purchase as well. Everything has been great with my car so far and i have a 3 year warranty! thank you Tacony Imports & Staff!

Tacony Imports gave me the best car-buying experience I could've hoped for. Michael and Omi were responsive, respectful, and helpful through the whole process. Before I came to test-drive the vehicle, Omi answered tons of questions for me over email, including questions about the vehicles history - disclosing to me an unreported accident and ensuring me that everything was fixed. When I came in to test drive, Michael provided me with advice on getting insurance, a loan, and receipts for all service done to the car before being put on the lot. After purchasing the car, there was a slight issue with the control panel and Michael was very understanding of my situation (living over an hour away), and gave me the option to have a local shop fix the problem, or bring it back and they would give me a loaner for the time being. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, and the car has been a great purchase. 10/10 would definitely do business with Tacony for my next vehicle!

After having an accident in which my car was totaled, I was devastated having to replace a car I loved. I saw a few cars I really liked on Tacony Imports website at a price within my budget. The gentlemen who work there were very helpful and allowed me to take my time, with no pressure, to come to a decision. They were extremely patient when I encountered some financing issues between my insurance and my credit union. Overall a pleasant experience with professional and courteous people.
