I honestly love this service. I have always struggled to find both high-quality clothes that fit my style and preferences. Working with my Taelor stylist has been a huge help and the communication back-and-forth is really supportive. I get seven items every month and the majority of them work out really well for me. Every once in a while, there is an item or two that just doesn’t quite fit or doesn’t feel comfortable. But the majority of items do and they are stellar pieces. I also really appreciate that I am able to cycle items in and out of my wardrobe regularly, keeping it fresh without needing to own them (which saves my closet space too). I’m a big fan!

Ive been a member of Taelor for a few months now. My first time trying out a subscription stylist service, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed! From the moment I signed up, the entire process has been seamless and enjoyable.

My lovely stylist, Serena has been incredibly attentive and truly understands my style preferences. She took the time to ask detailed questions about my wardrobe needs, lifestyle, and personal tastes. Each box I’ve received has reflected her understanding of what I love, and I’ve discovered pieces that I would never have chosen for myself but ended up adoring! She even remembers my own wardrobe to match what she sends.

The customer service has been exceptional. Whenever I had questions or needed adjustments to my profile, I found the team to be prompt, friendly, and very helpful. Serena also followed up after I received my first box to see how I felt about the selections, which really showcased her commitment to ensuring I was happy with my choices.

You really get to enjoy your rentals for 3 weeks vs. a full month due to the lag time in shipping (they use USPS vs. fed ex or UPS) and the lag time in your stylist going back and forth with you to approve your shipment.

They've sent items that have not fit my husband even though he's a Large, they've sent XL or Large shirts with a loose fit that wasn't very flattering. They've also sent sweaters when it has been 85 degrees here in AZ. Last shipment my husband was only able to wear 2 items out of 7 items they sent. Was disappointed to have to pay $100 to wear 2 items.

I saw a blue polo shirt today that was offered in my shipment preview that was $24. Ummm, if I wanted cheap clothing I wouldn't rent clothes, I'd just straight up buy them from those fast fashion places. Defeats the purpose.

Suggested improvements: USE FEDEX!!!! A very simple switch for a startup.

Buy more inventory to eliminate lead and shipping times. You're getting more customers, time to beef up the inventory.

Offer a chance to bypass the stylist so we can put things in our cart then check out and get our items faster.

Ensure all clothing is high quality and high end, this is why we are renting the clothes. We don't want to rent cheap looking clothing.

I have tried several clothing rental services and Taelor is by far THE BEST! You get direct access to the stylist and can even text back and forth... It took a couple shipments to get things quite perfect but now that we have size and style figured out, it is AMAZING! They are super flexible and willing to make things right if they don't get it right. It is truly a pleasure to work with this team! I don't buy a lot of things but when I do, they have great sales AND if you review items, you can earn coupons! Overall, this is a GREAT experience?

One of the best days of my month is when I receive my care package from Taelor (stylist Jo)! New clothes! Woo hoo! I love 95% of what Jo sends me, nailing my style and making me branch out to things she thinks will work (and they do! I get compliments all the time!). I buy one or two of the items every month because I love them so much. But having fresh new looks every month -- you can't beat it. Definitely hook up with this company. The personal touch (text messages to the stylist) are unlike anything I have seen from a style subscription box company... they are so much more than anything out there. Give it a shot. You won't be disappointed.

I recently started using Tailored Brands’ service, and I’m really impressed! This is my first time trying a subscription service where I’m sent a custom wardrobe based on my style, with the input of a stylist. The intro process was super thorough—it had nearly 20 different steps, asking for pictures of me, brands I look up to, aspirational clothing, and even how I want to feel when I wear the clothes. I appreciate how much thought went into getting a feel for my personal style.

I’m excited to see how the service plays out, and I’m hopeful that the clothes will reflect all the attention to detail from the intro process. So far, I’m impressed and can’t wait to see what they put together for me! Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a personalized wardrobe experience.

My husband tried out Taelor for the first time this month as a part of a sponsored content creation deal with the company through my social media. We were new to Taelor but familiar with other clothing rental subscription brands and were curious to try them out since I am usually the one who does the clothes shopping! Our experience with Taelor has been great! The style quiz was really comprehensive with tons of questions that went over his measurements, preferences, common brands he wears, etc. It even gave him the option to like or dislike different options, data which the AI stylist component is able to integrate into his profile. He then was able to communicate with a (human) stylist via text and give further feedback about what she chose for him. We really have enjoyed the level of care and attention to detail that goes into each shipment! It's nice that you're not alone in making style choices, but you still get a say in what you are wearing and not just receiving a random package without knowing what's going to be in it; seems like the best of both worlds! The package arrived in great condition and even had a plastic bag to return the items in with a return label already created. Overall we have been very pleased with Taelor and are looking forward to wearing the awesome pieces we received!

My only suggestions for improvement would be to make the style quiz a bit shorter if possible -- it took us about 20 minutes to fill out and some of the questions felt repetitive. Also, it would be nice to have reusable packaging for shipments for both environmental reasons and to simplify the process because I could see it being easy to lose the extra bag that they give you.
