The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were great. Plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo. Free, convenient parking. Check in was easy and friendly. A mini fridge and microwave were provided. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

I loved this little hotel. The rooms are clean, the price is right. It's a great place to rest. We put out the "Do not disturb" sign and no one bothered us. Seems like a low crime area, I felt safe here. They are very friendly.

This motel is right off the highway and therefore extremely loud. It’s impossible to get any sleep here. The rooms don’t feel super clean, the floors were sticky— they’re not horrible but they are definitely not comfortable. Not many outlets, only harsh LED overhead lights (no lamps on bedside tables). Zero organization in the bathroom… they just dumped a bunch of pre-packaged soaps in the sink. Front desk and owner weren’t accommodating and didn’t like to answer my questions. I didn’t feel like there was any room for discussion about any of my concerns. I wouldn’t stay here again. Not even if someone paid me $500 LOL

SUPER noisy, less than 15 feet from two highways: the 101 and Redwood Hwy. Initially they told us they were putting us in room 119 away from the road, but then AFTER we paid they moved us to room 123 as an “upgrade” even though that room is the closest to both of these busy highways. We got zero sleep. Additionally, in the middle of the night someone tried our door (which was very scary) and we told the owners at checkout about our experience and they didn’t care at all when we told them we didn’t sleep and felt unsafe. They weren’t wouldn’t do even a partial refund for our bad experience. Terrible hosts with no compassion or bedside manner. Noisiest motel I’ve ever stayed in. Not safe for women. Will never return. Consider all of this before booking.

The owner promised one thing before I arrived and then raise the prices after I arrived. The room was very small and the service was terrible. The floors were so dirty my feet turned black when I walked on them. I would never stay here again

This motel had everything we needed: friendly staff, clean, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, microwave and fridge. It was a block away from 7-11 and McDonald’s. Surprisingly quiet for being so close to the highway. And the rose bushes were a nice touch. For the price you can’t beat the location. I’d stay here again.

Dirty rooms, LOUD HIGHWAY, and poorly run! I wish I had read the 1 star reviews before staying here. The front desk and owners are also extremely rude and will do nothing if you have a negative experience besides say: this is so rare for us. I'm not one to leave a 1 star review but this place needs to do better.

Very adequate room and excellent service. My travel plans changed, and I had to check out earlier than I had planned, and they were very accomodating. Excellent location for going to Muir Woods, Mt. Tam, Stinson Beach, Pt. Reyes, etc.
