This is an amazing little yarn store that literally has everything for ALL your knitting, crocheting, and needle felting needs!! The yarn selection is huge and there are all sorts of high-end and local yarns for very competitive prices. Roberta always knows how to help me with any questions or issues I’m having with my own projects as well as having so many ideas for new things. I cannot recommend this store highly enough!

What a wonderful place! The lady behind the counter was knowledgeable, efficient, and carried the finer wools and thread types (alpaca, wool, mixed, hand dyed). The sock yarn was devine, soft to the touch and in an array of colors. The tool selection was also on the nicer end, but for a steal of a price (double point needles, crochet, knitting, the knitting needles attached with string, oh and embroidery needles as well). I paid $7 for size 1 DPNs that I saw at Michael's for $12.99, a beautiful gold color to boot! She was able to wind the yarn while I waited in their seating area, at no cost.

She had needle and embroidery thread, as well as several complete DIY kits for various projects. I saw hoop embroidery kits, a hat kit, and some completed hats too.

It’s so nice to have a store like this our small town. I’ve only just begun to learn to crochet, and the ladies in this store are so helpful! My mom was a frequent customer before she left Alaska in 2013, and the owner still remembers her. I will definitely become a more frequent customer as my hobby grows!

I love this place! It's my absolute go to spot for yarn, any knitting or crocheting supplies, gifts, and buttons. She offers classes and is so helpful with any questions on techniques and patterns!

I have to say this is one of the BEST LYS in Alaska. The owner is a knowledgable knitter and crocheter and she is very nice and friendly. The entire staff is great and knowledgable.
The shop is clean, welcoming and great place to get all your yarn needs met.
I come from a fair distance just to go to this store, I have had great experience every time I visited this shop.
