My dad and brothers got together this past weekend to go fly fishing. All first timers with no experience. We reserved 2 guides, Neil and Alex, and they were fantastic. So much knowledge about the bugs, the fish, the water, and the area in general. We had a blast and caught a BOATLOAD of trout on Yellow Breeches Creek albeit early fall!

Small but nice store with hiking supplies, and fishing supplies. Some useful knowledge pamphlets talking about the Appalachian Trail. Prices look fair compared to other outdoor stores. I'll be back!

This is my first time back to the Yellow Breeches in 20 years. I’m sorry that I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he was very helpful with getting my fishing license and picking out a fly selection. It was a short trip so I was only able to fish about 5 hours total over two days. I caught 2 rainbows, one about 14 inches and one about 10 inches. It was a great time fishing. We will not wait another 20 years to come back.

Couldn't of been more pleased with my experience at tco fly shop! I got off work in Hanover, Pa at 7am drove 45 minutes to children's lake and hooked up with a beautiful brown while I waited for them to open at 9. That was my first time at children's lake and tco. Once they opened I went in looking for chest waders and the staff was spot on with getting me what I wanted. They also let me try on multiple waders to see what I felt comfortable in. I also liked that fact they they asked me what type of fishing I would be doing and not just tried to make me buy the most expensive waders in there. The staff are fisherman first and then salesman which I have the up most respect for. I highly recommend checking them out. You will also enjoy walking around and checking out everything from flies to rods to fishing apparel. Don't forget to get one of the tco fly shop stickers too!

Really great selection of Flyfishing gear and backpacking supplies (it's really close to the Appalachian Trail). All of the staff were really friendly, and have lots of local knowledge. Be prepared to spend a ton of money, though. One might feel like they're at an Orvis
