My favorite milk tea/boba place in the Bay Area. The prices of their drinks haven't risen like other chains, their tea is of high quality, and the staff make drinks in the fastest time.

While there isn't much seating room inside, one can quickly order and grab and go. The staff speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and English and one can either name the drinks or provide a number, and they incredibly know which number matches each drink.

My favorite drink here is the Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea with pearls; however, any milk teas from here taste delicious!

stopped by on a really hot day - wanting something iced and refreshing! nothing beats a strong tea flavor based milk tea with really great consistency/QQ of boba. if you're in the area definitely stop by. unfortunately, theres no indoor dining/seating area but there are benches near by! the service of the staff members are down to earth and work well together creating a quick turnaround workflow. the ambiance is super casual and perfect everyone of any age!

The worse boba milk tea I have ever had. Not authentic at all. The staff seem very unprofessional. They are really slow. The milk tea tastes gross and there’s a wired smell in it. This is not the ten ren tea I expect. Ten Ren should be more aware of the quality control. Totally waste of money and would no recommend at all.

Good spot for tea flavors. I had the Strawberry Teaser (pretty much a strawberry slushie). I got half sweet, since I am not a big sweets fan, but it is still rather sweet. I'll probably get it on the lower side next time. It has a huge variety of teas if you just want to purchase tea leaves. There is a happy hour from 4 PM to 6PM. So if you ever craving, try to go during those times.

I really like the sweetness levels here! it’s not so overbearing like other American bubble teas.
Not to mention, prices are much more reasonable compared to other spots.

Their cups keep changing. Drinks are good. Tea used to be stronger (and thus yummier) a few years ago.
They get orders wrong often when they are busy but are willing to fix it if you ask and wait.
Caution: CASH ONLY IF YOU ONLY GET ONE DRINK!

$5 Large #87 high mountain oolong with boba. Might have just gotten lucky but the pearls were the perfect consistency soft on outside and chewy middle. The oolong was also light, slightly sweet and refreshing. Was exactly what I was looking for but wish it was priced a tiny bit lower. Can get reg boba drinks for 3.75. Next time I will try the roasted oolong. I love that you can buy the tea bags or loose leaf as well. No wifi, hole in the wall, no chairs or sitting space, not for Hangouts but solid tea. Place wheelchair or crutches could make it to boba and ordering but not to look around the back at the tea boxes.

The prices are great but unfortunately I don’t recommend the milk tea. Got the roasted oolong milk tea and it was very watery and the tea flavor is not strong enough. There’s also a $7 minimum to use credit card, so keep that in mind.
