Tendrel is a fantastic denim store. The owner Parker Simon is really down to earth and very knowledgeable. This is a no hassle shopping experience. I purchased very smart looking blue denim shirt low chill white three button t-shirt made by Mister Freedom - a made in the USA company. If you are in Santa Barbara shopping in The Funk Zone, you should definitely make time to stop by and look around. This is wearable art meets cool California fashion.

If you’re into high-quality selvedge denim, this shop is a must-visit. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly owner, whose passion for his products really shines through. He wasn’t just trying to make a sale—he genuinely wanted to help me find the right fit and style.

I had my eye on some Iron Heart Western shirts, and he went above and beyond to guide me through sizing and details. His knowledge of fabrics and fit was impressive, which made the whole experience feel like more than just shopping. It was refreshing to get that kind of personal service—something you don't see in big retail stores anymore.

The store itself is beautifully curated, with an impressive selection of selvedge denim and other premium goods. Every item seems carefully chosen, and it’s clear that quality is the priority here. Honestly, if I had the budget, I would’ve walked out with half the store. It’s one of those places where you wish you could just indulge.

Even though I didn’t splurge this time, I’ll definitely be coming back. If you care about craftsmanship and appreciate good denim, this is a spot worth checking out. Highly recommended!

Purchased my Iron Hearts, a ton of Battenwear and Speedman tshirts from Tendrel. Absolutely loved their selection of quality brands that will last for years to come. A hidden gem!! It’s almost impossible to find a place to shop for men in Santa Barbara - and now Tendrel has opened up in a cute and convenient location in the Funk Zone! It’s my new go-to shopping spot for the absolute best in men’s clothing, denim and vinyl records! I highly recommend shopping at Tendrel while you’re in Santa Barbara! Great atmosphere and even better music spinning on the record player while you shop!
