Family member went to this store today, couldn't hear the person on the checkout so asked repeatedly if they could speak up as they couldn't hear. When trying to leave the store they got confused on how to exit the store. When they asked a member of staff how to leave the store they said they would have to contact the police. Layout to exit the store is ridiculous, having spoke to several people they aslo stated that getting out of the store is confusing and they have asked staff for help and staff have never mentioned calling the police.Absolutely appalling behaviour from staff involved, sadly we didn't get the names as my family member is now rather shaken up and upset following the incident.

27 years old and a 4 inch beard, denied service for two cans of monster and ice cream because I don't look over the age of 25 (things you need to be 16 to buy). First time I've been IDed in my life. Expect a complaint to head office.
