Very disappointed with my visit today. Usually have good experiences here. Placed an online order because I knew I would get there close to closing. Arrived at 4:55pm and rang the bell with another customer.

Someone came over the speaker and said, "Sorry, were closed."

I replied, "Your hours online say 5pm?"

Someone answers, "We close at 4:55 on Sundays."

I reply, "There's a sign right here that says 5pm."

Then nothing else.

I never leave bad reviews, but I was very upset by this. I placed a large order and needed these supplies for the next month.

I will not be returning.

This place will rip you off and threaten to have your profile removed from their system for selling you bunk Sugar that's coming in at less a gram. The first picture was 0.60g and now this one is 0.23g. We drove back 2 times to get told they refuse to do help more than offer an exchange of the same garbage. After the 2nd bad one they said to leave. I don't think we'll be coming back. Been coming here since September and this place has gone from meh to straight up bad. They don't honor stacking discounts because they're cheap and they don't offer exchanges or refunds or else that would be quality control. The GM needs to be fired for treating the place like her own little crack house. I'm going to make sure and leave a review every place I can to warn others to stay away and go elsewhere. Pay the $5 difference for the difference in care about a customer who needs their medication. What a dump of a business.

I’ve been a dabber for quite a while 2 years and some Change I love there prices on the concentrates they have but they are never sealed properly when buying and your shit gets wasted

Actually a 20 minute drive from Roxborough. It's never congested with plenty of parking spots. It's convenient for any person with a wheel chair and the service people are really nice. Also, as a bonus, the Plymouth meeting Mall is right across the street for shopping.

My gf and I are med patients who called this place the other day to double check whether we still had one of our fist time patient deals left and the guy who answered the phone jokingly laughed saying “well how many times were you here?” which of course we were unsure of which is why we called. So then he looks our info up and says that we still have a 40% discount left because it’s only our second or third visit. So we drive almost an hour away to get here and whilst checking out they tell us that we’ve actually been here 3 times already and are inclined to 0 ftp discounts….like why not tell us on the phone instead of making fun of us for asking a totally relevant question…HORRIBLE and they looked at us like they still expected us to just pay as if the order was going to be $200 more. Tbh I’ve had a bad experience every single time I’ve came here and the quality of their moxie carts are atrocious like black viscous goo like the 2015 hotdog water carts are even better than. Yikes.

Love this place!! Been coming here for 2+ years and they never disappoint. Bud Tenders are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Although I normally go through the drive thru, when I do go in the people at the desk are kind and respectful. They have SALES EVERY DAY, and you can use their app to order your meds and pick them up. Oh, for the environmentally aware people, they give out reusable bags. I use my bags every time I go. The point system is also good. I have no complaints.

Hands-down, the worst dispensary. The staff are really rude. Today I went through their drive-through and was sitting behind one car for exactly 42 minutes. This happens frequently at this dispensary however, this time I lost my patience after 40 minutes and honked my horn very quick. To my amazement, a very angry Woman came out and began screaming at me at the top of her lungs for just honking. She then yelled at me and told me to leave because I honked. I sat there for 40 mins. No care for customers here. Go to verihealth. Way better savings. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Must be some dumb thing Pennsylvania does with their pricing, but how am I supposed to get a new patient discount on products if all the products are already on sale and being that discounts don't stack for whatever stupid reason, but it makes patient discounts pointless if everything is already on sale. Why have additional discounts when they can never be used? 8 pages of concentrates and all on sale. Was hoping to restock for the week here but without the new patient discount that's not possible. Won't be returning. Learn to honor discounts regardless. False advertisement.
