Extremely disappointed with this tailor. My daughter went in to get her prom dress hemmed and called me from the shop while she was there. I asked about the price and clearly heard the man say it would be $60 — no mention whatsoever of a double skirt or an upcharge.

When we went to pick it up, the price had suddenly jumped to $115. The explanation? Each skirt layer supposedly costs $60 — something that was never disclosed up front.

Worse than the surprise pricing is the condition of the dress: it came back with visible stains, uneven stitching, and puckering all along the hem. It now needs to be re-hemmed even shorter (if that’s even possible), and cleaned — all days before prom.

I left the dress there hoping they could make it right, but the owner hasn’t responded at all. At this point, we’re left scrambling to buy a new dress last minute, and I’m out money for a ruined garment. No transparency, no accountability, and zero professionalism.

Avoid this place if you care about your clothes — or your sanity.

Wish I had read other reviews first as clearly my experience same as others! Charged me $25 to shorten and hem a polo shirt. They cut but never hemmed. I don't live here year round so this happened last summer. Went in today to give another shirt for shortening and asked if they could complete the hemming process on The shirt I paid them to do last summer. Super rude man who I am sure is the owner said too long ago and would not complete. I reminded him he took my money for something they did not complete. He just walked off! TERRIBLE man's and business!

Buyer be warned. For 1 dress, 1 sweater, and 1 coat (nothing fancy or expensive material), they charged $50 and change, clearly vastly different than their advertised prices on the glass inside the store. I inquired why I was not notified in advance that there would be extra fees due to material and was not provided any response. The owner merely said "the price is the price." Again, the fabric and materials were standard and not delicate. Buyer warning, do not utilize this dry cleaner unless you expect to pay high premiums for nothing special and there is nothing you can do about it as they will hold your clothes hostage until you pay. Super disappointed in this small business.

Dishonest business warning. I never leave negative reviews specially for small businesses. My parents own and operate a dry cleaner and I myself have worked at their store for a couple of yearsbwhile in school.
This business charged me for dry cleaning my button down shirts, which also carries an additional "environmental fee", when they clearly only laundered and pressed. I asked the owner if there was a mistake and he gave me some excuse and said he would give me a small credit towards my next visit. There won't be a next visit.

This place is a RIPOFF!!! They will charge you an astronomical amount despite was is posted on their wall! All they care about is the money and once you give thost people your money, it’s really hard to get it back or make your dollar work for you because they will do a piss-poor job at cleaning your clothess, but want to take so much of your money! I cannot tell you how many times when I’ve went to pick up stuff and it was not cleaned. They drag the bottoms of your garments across their DIRTY floor back there and then when you pick it up, there’s dirt marks at the hems! The man is more friendly than the wife. I think she didn’t want to take my clothes. Because of an autoimmune deficiency and my skin has to be protected by the sun, when I wore my mask and plastic gloves and I had on long sleeves and long pants because I could not afford to get sick, so the woman started questioning me why I was wearing hot clothes when it’s hot outside and so she refused to open my bag of clothes that needed to be dry cleaned because she thought they were contaminated, I guess, but she ran to the back and just.peered at me from afar after I politely told her that I medicine on me that could not be exposed to sunlight. Even after that explanation, she still treated me like I had the plague. So her husband came from the back, opened my bag of clothes, which were all new with tags (I’m OCD and have to make sure everything is as clean as possible before I wear it), counted the pieces of clothing that I had and gave me my ticket with no problem all the while that witch of a wife of his stood in the back in the darkness looking like she’d seen a ghost! It perplexed me because she acted like she’s never seen anyone wearing long sleeves and gloves before! And I thought it was rude of her to question me and then still refuse to touch my clothes, but she had no issue touching money which was in reality WAYYYYYYYYYY more disgusting than my new with tags clothing! But the fact that they overcharge and because of the way the wife treated me, and even though it’s super convenient for me, I’ll have to find another cleaners to patronize. If this place can quit treating people weirdly, clean the clothes better, and STOP OVERCHARGING and PRICE GAUGING, then this would be an okay cleaners! but because they do all of these things…it’s not, hence my one-star review.

Terrible quality dry cleaning and very expensive, they turn all your light color clothing to gray because of drawing everything light and dark color in the machine at the same time and they use cheap quality material.
They ruined a few of my expensive pieces of clothing.
I do not recommend this business.

Ask for price before you leave… it’s my fault that I didn’t ask, but they charged me $22 for dry cleaning of one jacket with hood.
I thought it’s $10 because their wall price chart says so.
Quality? Just normal.
