Food? Good. Atmosphere? Love this style! My co-workers coffee cup was awesome too! The bathroom pictures were hilarious! Service? The owner is a great guy. We had a great conversation. Our waitress, on the other hand... as nice as she was... she was not attentive to our table. She also did not bring one of our individuals' food out. She did not check on us. She didn't even bring a to-go container. Another individual at our table asked for one when he went to pay.
I know prices are crazy, but I can't believe I paid $17.55 for cheesy scrambled eggs with ham, and 2 pieces of French toast. No drink. Nothing else. I pretty much paid for 2 meals but only got one thing from each meal. That was rough. Lesson learned.

I haven't tried any of their other menu items, but this is based on the meal and experience I had today.

I heard about the Coffee Shop thru various sources, and I decided to drive an hour to see what the hype was about.

They have a Monster Sandwich Challenge, which they have two of.

The Classic Challenge is:

So I decided to try the Classic Challenge.

The server was very friendly and sweet.

They had a packed house, but all the employees had smiles on their faces, despite how busy they all were.

So many customers came up to talk to me and told me about how the owners are very active in the community, supporting the fire depth, police dept, and various organizations and charities.

The customer seemed to really appreciate and support this local business and it was heartwarming to hear their stories as I attempted my Challenge.

The Sandwiches were delicious and so I took my time and chatted with the customers and employees.

Didn't need the full hour, as I finished in a little over 21 mins.

If I went full speed, I might have had 16 to 17.

Got a free meal, free t-shirt, and picture on the wall.

Always made sure to leave an extra tip for the server.

Halfway home, I realized I left my tripod there, but as soon as I called the restaurant, they were aware of it and told me that they would leave a note with it so I can pick it up in the future.

Very friendly atmosphere, I loved my experience here.

I have been working practically across the street from this place for a year and only recently popped inside to grab some takeout. I cannot tell you how mad I am at myself for waiting so long!

I picked up the Morton Monster and Scrapple Fries and haven't been so satisfied with breakfast takeout in years! The food was absolutely delicious and I'll be making this a new regular stop for sure.

Did the classic challenge with a friend (and another friend ok the extreme challenge 👀). Had a really great time and amazing service from Georgie and Brittany. Everyone was very accommodating and made for a very memorable experience even though we barely made a dent in our meals. The food was great and would definitely recommend!

I love it here!! The John's big is really good... Very quick service coffee is always hot and they're always filling your cup. One of the servers name is Ashley she's really great and she always knows what I need before I even ask for it👍😎

Excellent scrapple fries with a delicious dipping sauce. Chocolate chip pancakes with powdered sugar, breakfast wrap, home fried potatoes, rye toast, perfectly cooked dippy eggs and strong, black coffee was THE best part of a lazy Sunday.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming and made the time together delightful.

The food here is just average- it’s good but nothing special.

This was not our first time here, but we had a not so great serving experience. No one came to our table for about 10 minutes- and the poor girl who came you could tell had no idea she was supposed to wait our table.

Truly felt like we were rushed out the door. They started turning our table while my husband and son were still sitting.

TIPS ARE CASH ONLY!?
Seriously, I want to give them the best review. But cash tips are just terrible. While everyone is moving away from cash, this fine establishment has chosen to do the opposite. Why? Yeah, we know why, taxes.
Why do you make the payment experience extra awkward for the customer? You do everything great: food, service, atmosphere. But then you mess it up with cash tips. Makes you look sleazy.
The industry has done great things to make the payment process easier. You've gone and ruined it for petty reasons.
I hate not going here for this reason b/c now I feel petty. But really, it's 2025. Stop putting your servers and customers in this stupid situation during the payment process.
And your indoor ATM doesn't cut it. Many of use don't carry around our ATM cards.
I'm GenX. Younger gens won't see this as a cute novelty. They just won't go.
And the parking lot sucks.
