If I could give 10 stars I would. There are no words for how much I love this business. After choosing to have a dress made and being presented with a mess one month before my wedding, my neighbor suggested I visit Country Brides. From my first phone call, specifically with Andre, I began to have faith that this store would be able to help me. Literally in less than 30 days, they found a beautiful gown for me, got all my alterations completed and presented me with a gown any bride would be honored to wear. I felt like a princess. Thank you to EVERYONE at Country Bride for saving my big day, but most especially to Andre. He truly was my “shining star” in his professionalism and calm spirit, continuously telling me everything would me ok and Country Bride would be able to help.

I bought my dress at Country Bride and Gent and decided to get my alterations here. In the beginning, I wasn't positive that my dress would turn out the way that I wanted. Christine, the manager, set up a fitting with her personally and brought in Trish. Trish swooped in and saved the day and made my dress exactly how I envisioned and it came out beautifully. Her positive vibe and innovativness resulted in everything I could have wanted in my wedding dress. I am grateful to Trish for taking the time and prioritizing me during this time. She is awesome!

Huge fan of this establishment! I went yesterday with my mom, my sister and another bridesmaid In the search for our perfect dress. I was greeted at the door by several friendly faces All willing to help. We had scheduled an appointment ahead of time an our associate Reagan was amazing! She was funny, sweet and very knowledgeable. She was patient with all of our opinions, comments And many change of hearts. She ultimately helped myself and the other bridesmaid fine our perfect dresses for my sister’s wedding! We highly recommend this store and will be returning for all of our future purchases:)

I took my daughter here for a bridal gown and Christine was our consultant she was awesome. We purchased a dress a little while later my daughter decided she wasn’t sure about the dress we called asking about a dress we saw on their site we were told they would have to see if they could get the sample sent to them first for a fee and we agreed they said they would get back to us.
We were willing to purchase this dress even though we already purchased one knowing it was not refundable but we like Christine so much we are ok with that. Days and weeks go by now months later never heard a word back from them . We looked elsewhere and found the dress at Ashley’s bridal and purchased it. This just made a bad impression on me as to how you would treat a customer with no consideration to even reach back out to us . I would not recommend this place to anyone

We got my wedding dress, mother of the bride, and mother of the groom dresses from here and I can not recommend them enough. The service was incredible and we were a lot, like every week it felt like! Everyone was so helpful and kind during the entire process. I want to shout out Andre, the seamstresses, and the entire staff for their expertise and experience being unmatched. We felt like family by the end of our time there and I would recommend them to anyone looking for wedding attire and prom!

I will definitely recommend this store to any bride or person looking for a special occasion dress. The store was clean and beautifully decorated and had a wide selection of styles to choose from.
