The District for years was in a bad shape for years but after a major “face lift,” it has been invigorated again. I think it serves a great spot for future tenants like a Trader Joe’s or a movie theater or restaurants or any service/leisure business. It’s close to the freeway and residential neighborhoods like the master planned community of Sunnymead Ranch. I can’t wait to see this commercial/business area continue to grow and just change the surrounding areas for the better.

The place smells like a sewer pipe broken. Their food isn't quite the same, not as good. Great Boba tea all flavors.

We visited IHOP for dinner, and our meal was great. Some of our favorite meals were listed on the under $8 meals. We went home with leftovers. I think what I am most happy about is that they have gone back to being open 24 hours.

Yoshinoya is wonderful and the food is very tasty, it's just sad that there are so many empty or under used space there. A grocery store would be ideal for the location and help bring in more business to the area.

Went to the Ihop with my family and they only had one server for the whole dining room she was pleasant but it made the service slow not only did she have to seat everyone take orders and serve the food she also was the cashier which made me wonder how often did she wash her hands.

Theres no better place then floor and decor to get everything you need for your remodeling needs. I bought amazing wood tiles at such an unreal bargain. No one can beat their prices. Come on 75cents for wood tiles! I also bought travertine natural stone at an unbelievable bargain as well.My favorite place to go now

Went to Yoshinoya 8 after picking up a friend the guy trying to take a order was saying the options way too fast and was getting irritated when I asked him to give us a minute look at the menu and to repeat what he was saying, no one else was in line, but he was still giving us an attitude so I canceled the order and took off
