Dr. Bud gave me the most comprehensive eye exam I’ve ever had and took extra time to address my concerns and make sure my prescription was perfect. He is very patient and caring. I highly recommend him!

The eye exam and eye Dr I saw were excellent. My insurance will cover a pair of reading glasses. Their selection was terrible. The cheapest frames they showed me were $300 (my insurance will cover $200). The girl showing me frames wouldn't listen to what I did and didn't want. ie I absolutely do not like yellow gold. She wouldn't stop showing me gold frames. I only use my reading glasses when I use my phone so I don't want to spend a ton of money on top of what my insurance covers. I really don't care what's considered currently in fashion and I'm not into big name designer glasses. I care what I think looks ok on me. Right after I said I wanted round or oval frames she insisted I try a pair of glasses with a square type frame. I told her I didn't like them at all. She then tried to talk me into liking them. Husband was with me he said they didn't look like me and he didn't like them. I started feeling pressured. I couldn't wait to get out of the store. This was yesterday, today I received 3 generic emails from them urging me to come back and purchase glasses. I'll stick with my cheap reading glasses from Amazon until I can get to Walmart or the Eyeglass Factory and get frames I like that are within my insurances allotted amount.

I chose The Eyeglass Store for an eye exam based on the number of great reviews I read. Everyone I met was extremely nice! Dr Ives did the exam and she was very patient and understanding. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Budd for the last 15 years and have nothing but great things to say! Today I saw Dr. Ives for the first time and she was lovely too 🙂 The same is true for the front office staff; I was terribly indecisive picking out frames close to closing time and they were all so kind in helping me choose the right pair for me regardless of the time of day. So very appreciative of The Eyeglass Store!!

But I can say that the person who checked my eyes does his job well. What more can I say? I felt discrimination for being Latino by the lady who attended. It's sad to see that when many Latinos come to do things that Americans don't do. We respect them, but they don't. This country doesn't belong to anyone. This entire country is full of immigrants.
