We recently had our floors and baseboard done by Richard Morris with Morris Flooring! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Richard pointed us in the right direction with The Floor Traders, they have such an incredible staff that helped us find the right floors for us! Richard did such a phenomenal job with preparation and installation, he really is a perfectionist and it shows! He was so nice and very transparent with pricing and how the process would go each day. I am so happy with the whole experience!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Richard Morris to replace our second story carpet with laminate and replace the carpet on the stairs, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. He is very professional and the quality and precision of his work and attention to detail was very much appreciated. It's clear he takes strong accountability in his work.

He communicated clearly and regularly, keeping us informed of progress and any minor adjustments along the way. A couple issues arose during the process and he did extra work he wasn't expecting. He also accommodated a schedule change that I needed.

We truly appreciate him. If you’re looking for a floor installer who is reliable, professional, and does an outstanding job, we highly recommend him.

And The Floor Trader was great, they had many options (we shopped around) and they had the one product we needed. James was great to work with as well, easy and straight forward. All around friendly and helpful staff.

I reached out and spoke with Lisa on the phone regarding some needs we had for a rental and she actually responded within about an hour with my measurements. And had sent over several options for us. We decided to go down to the store the following Monday to take a look at the product That she had given us an estimate for and we were very surprised with how many options we had as well as they were willing to come to our town of Coulterville , which just thrilled me ! We did go ahead and purchase the carpet and had someone the owner come up and to one measurement just to make sure our numbers were correct and they scheduled the work to be done the following week not only was it done on time but the job and the products that we were given in our estimate were affordable and the service was amazing so we recommend the floor trader and the customer service is awesome !

They pretty much have everything you need! Their prices are reasonable and the customer service is great! Me and my husband went in quite a few times for help, and we definitely got the service we needed to decide on vinyl flooring. We definitely will recommend them for flooring!

We are more than happy, Lisa & James at Floor Traders they were so helpful, we must of came back to this store 6 times, as we looked for a floor at 8 difference floor companies. We found Lisa very helpful and called us a few time to answer many questions we had. Wayne Taylor and his crew were amazing, we were very concerned about the install as our neighbors went with another company and they said it would be 3 days for an installation was more like 3 1/2 weeks. Wayne came out and told us it would be 3 days, and it was done in 2 1/2 days. Wayne and his crew were on time and cleaned up each day. We did make a few changes and it was not a problem for them. They did a great job on our baseboards and we were in the process of putting up crown molding and Wayne sprayed painted that molding for us as well. My husband and a friend put up the crown molding but Wayne painting it first was a big help. Wayne and his crew even put our couches back in our house, We put in 1500 square feet downstairs, of vinyl plank flooring. I would recommend this company. now all I have to do is talk my husband into doing our upstairs, next
