Juan was very professional, friendly from the begining of our transaction to the end. Juan worked diligently to find us a vehicle we can afford and that we would feel comfortable with for our needs. He was very persistent and he followed up with us continually for several weeks. I really appreciated that he took into consideration that I had undergone a surgery and I was unable to fill out the credit application. I really appreciated Juan taking the time to send me an email wishing me a speedy recovery. He was patient with us and never came across as being a pushy sales person which really appreciate. Juan was knowledgeable about the product t he was offering and he was able to explain everything about thw sales process to mybhusband in Spanish. My husband and I went to the Ford store of Morgan Hill to check out an amazing deal we saw online for the end of the year sale.
