This rating is more for the bakery section. We came to get some donuts that looked amazing!! But before we even opened the door we saw the biggest FLY ever and that completely ruined it for us. The fly was so big I thought it was a decoration on the donut but then it moved and EW.

I'm sorry I liked this place before, but as they hire MORE of these unprofessional kids at this job. I have never had a bad experience with this place until now.

I had a little mishap, and lost something, the THREE front clerks at the time (8:00pm) a woman with a ponytail(curly with blonde at the bottom) and a curly haired male with black hair [third is unknown], both talked badly behind mines and even other customers back.

The lack of respect these people have for daily customers and infuriating, I've been going here for years and never had to be shamed and talked about by workers, how am I suppose to go here and people are just gonna talk about me? when i'm giving THEM money

Please, consider talking to your employees especially those kind, cause if you have these people working at gerritys then your business is done for, what happened to hiring old nice ladies Why hire corrupt college kids who don't bring the value of Gerritys?

Older lady at the deli counter was rude I asked for 1 /2 lb of Virginia ham she rudely pointed to the pre sliced cooler n said its in there. No I wanted fresh sliced . Told the ladies up front about it . I will never be back in this store again .

The fact that a salad cost $8 a pound is ridiculous my salad was 97 Oz and still was charged the whole $8 I even put less lettuce and meat and and still cost $8 never again

The deli at this store is a disgrace …several of the younger kids are useless ..they move at a snail pace ..do not listen to what you are asking for and are just plain lazy .. so disturbing …you can guarantee that if you need something from the deli please please add at least 20 minutes or more to your shopping time …one good thing is the girl who takes care of the aisle with yogurt and cheeses and eggs is the biggest asset that the store has ..if they are stocking shelves than please please do not expect them to move or help you or get out of your way …but you can expect words about you being said that you got in your way ..also done if the checkout personnel cannot keep their mouths shut and telling you what you are buying is too expensive and you do not need the items

Bought chicken salad from the deli and there was plastic wrap in the salad and a hair. Other than that great deals on sale items and shelves are always stocked.
