One of my favorite places to grab a quick bite to eat and groceries for the week. There's always plenty of parking and rarely are there long cashier lines. Now, full disclosure, I usually go there in the evenings and I appreciate that the staff attempts to keep the shelves stocked even at 9pm

Doggone shame! I am a fan of Jeff Brown and endeavors. But unfortunately, no amount of training or pay can make his workforce actually render customer service in a proper manner. A real shame as the stores, the inventory and products are all well done and prime quality, just don’t expect much in the way of customer service!
I got home to find I left an item behind in self checkout. I called the store four times, allowed it to ring for a minute each time. No answer! Very much consistent with the level of service at Brown’s. SMDH…

They do not pack grocery bags at this store, no matter how many things you purchase the cashiers will just watch you pack your own grocery bags. Limited employees in the store so nobody to ask for assistance.

Basically a ShopRite, no bev tax, clean, has whatever I’m looking for usually, lines move quickly. Staff is usually helpful and I always go back.

This supermarket will have undercover personnel follow you around the. Store. I have never been asked to prepay for items from the seafood section. This is not a good store policy.
