Way better than the Keyser Ave. Store, even if it's a bit more cramped for space. More friendly staff than Keyser too. Like all Gerritys stores though, prices are a bit too high unless you're playing the sales. On the other hand, their produce and bakery quality is much better than what you'll usually find at Walmart and such...

My husband went to get crab legs as stated online for $7.99 a pound in Clark summit pa they were $10.99 when he got there for our anniversary dinner, a manager came over named Jordan told my husband to put the right store in which he did and he kept insisting it wasn't his store online there are many others but may honor it. Then he came back and said he put in Clark summit and it shows $10.99 so he won't honor it. So I went to gerritys website then picked Clark summit Gerrity's store and it came up $7.99 so I walked over to show him and said look I did it with Clark summit store and it came uo $7.99 and he said oh you didn't put the store in there several and he kept going as his voice raised and he wouldn't let me explain or get a word in so I said look just pay attention and I'll show you what I did. He said nasty excuse me your gonna be rude to me this conversation is over. I said I'm not being rude to you I'm just trying to show you how I found the price at your store, he walked away very nasty would not listen very and he was very rude and nasty to me! Childish for a manager! he said take it up with corporate etc I said Oh Jordan I will!! You are to help your customers , as I too worked in customer service most my life and never treated anyone the way you are treating me. I am very upset by the way this Manager Jordan treated me and set my PTSD OFF! he would not resolve this manner or discuss to help us even if it was marked wrong they are to still honor that price. If not then he could have handled it in a kind manner and been respectful about it. As a manager you do not treat your customers this way!! I seriously hope he gets reprimanded and has to do classes on how to treat people customers and hopefully JORDAN does not treat his employees this way just saying. HAPPY THANKSGIVING

The employees that work at this store are some of the rudest people I have ever experienced. I have been yelled at by multiple employees on different occasions for absolutely no reason. Once when I was at self checkout and needed help ringing up produce, the woman was so disrespectful I walked out and left the items behind and another time by an employee at the deli section when I needed something. It is shocking how awful the employees act to customers and is clearly a representation of the company culture here. I am not sure why they are so miserable or why this is acceptable however I will never shop here again.

Just came out of there for the peanut and croissant donuts. Have to try. Great supermarket for the locals and visitors alike. Great variety. Prices tend to be a bit higher because the closest supermarket besides this one is Weis market which is about 1.5 miles down the road which hits a bit of traffic.
