The Galleria of Montclair is like no other Shoe store around, Ryan always brings in new exclusive street wear thats trending. The stock is always being renewed . Ryan even offered to order me a pair of shoes they didn’t have available in store. If your looking for great customer service and apparel that stands out from other shoe and resell stores come to galleria !

I started buying sneakers here back in 2021 and it’s honestly been my go to sneaker spot in the whole IE. From a wide range of selections (size 12) , they have everything and more. Not only does it stop there, but the customer service is beyond superb. Owner is a true sneakerhead passionate about the game and cares about making yhe customer happy above all else, The Galleria stands above others in a criteria that many people are trying to make a quick buck. This is my go to sneaker store, and it should be yours next.

I hope the owner of this store sees this.

I purchased two pairs of shoes for my daughter: the Jordan 4 Military Blue and the Jordan 4 Bred Reimagined. Unfortunately, I had to return them the following day as they did not fit. Upon arrival, we requested a half-size larger, but the staff member informed me that the Military Blue was out of stock and mentioned he would order them. He did bring out a pair of the Bred Reimagined, but they appeared worn, counterfeit, and already had a noticeable crease. We showed the staff he told us all those defects were normal. How is that possible It is concerning for a $300 shoe. The staff member indicated that we had no option but to take them.

While I appreciate that he was courteous and accommodating, I find it disappointing that the store did not offer me a new or alternative pair in this situation. Additionally, it has been difficult to reach anyone for assistance. I have spent $600 and am unable to obtain fitting, new shoes. All I am seeking is two new pairs of shoes, as originally purchased. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Honestly first of all the store is one of the best stores I have ever been too. The employees are all very nice and care for the customers. I definitely recommend this spot for people looking for shoes they want to buy.

Extremely good customer service! Copped size
13 UNC off white Jordan 1 highs! First of all for a crazy steal!! The box was slightly damaged upon and arrival, and Ryan called shipping services and gave me a partial refund!
