A good military friend (my sister in arms) & I we booked an appointment & was greeted & assisted by a young lady in the beginning who was very nice & took care of assisting me until Denise was available to take care of me once she was done w/her client before me. Denise came over & talked w/me and I will tell you this she was so hilarious & made the process so easy. I let Denise know the pain I was having in my heels from being in the military which resulted in Plantar Fasciitis & come to find out that’s why I would get swelling in my ankles & legs because of my arches We did the impression & tried a couple of inserts. Before I left that store my swelling went down & when I say my heels my heels felt so amazing!! I would recommend Good Feet to anyone!!

The insoles that were sold are okay. The cost is questionable. I am a big Brooks fan, however, when you go to a store like this, the insoles of the original shoes are taken out and replaced with a different lesser quality insole with the stores trademark on it. That is why I'm not rating this store a four or a five. Because I shouldn't have to wear the stores insoles in order to get the stability that I'm looking for especially when I have spent money on a quality shoe such as Brooks. So I'm disappointed not only with the store, I'm disappointed in Brooks the manufacturer.
