Excellent service from the young man who helped us. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. He did not hesitate to show us the AR platforms we were interested in. This was a preliminary visit to see what was available and price the various manufacturer models. This is a full service gun dealer and there is no pressure. The interior of the shop is also pretty cool looking. Thanks again for all the great info and we will be back to buy from The Gun Attic.

Back in 2020, just before covid hit, I talked to Nate about ordering a specific hand gun. I knew this model would be available in about 60 days, but I'd be traveling. Nate agreed to take a prepayment, aquire the item when available and notify me upon arrival. Great.
Covid destroyed this time line, Nate called and I agreed to wait.
The item is available now, has been, but good ol' Nate is ducking my attempts to contact, still has the money and I've no handgun.

Currently, this "customer service" seems a bit dishonest.

I’m a first time gun owner and had tons of questions for these guys. The service and patience with me was AMAZING!! They were willing to help me out and do research for the build that I had in mind and stay within my budget. Not only was the service amazing, I couldn’t ask for better people. Very nice and polite. The guys there are very friendly and willing to help. But when the last time I went there for an ar15 upper assembly job, they did not do it right. The muzzle brake was not aligned (off by around 20 degrees, easily spotted by naked eyes), the gas block was not pinned (although the pin hole was pre-drilled and the pin was actually provided), and the anti-rotational pin for the hand guard was not installed (provided too). When they hand the upper back to me I noticed the rails were not aligned and they corrected it, but the other things was not found until the next day. I hope this is an isolated incident but please do check the job out before leaving.

Phenomenal customer service!The owners were polite unlike most guns stores. They both were happy to answer questions .
Took my buddy there looking to purchase a handgun and both owners went above and beyond to help guide him in what weapon was best for him and his preferences . I'd recommend this fun retailer for anyone looking to purchase a firearm or just has any questions .
