A wonderful store. The owner really loves the products and the lifestyle they support. There are all sorts of neat products to support your cooking hobby. There are unique and high quality dry goods there as well that really help take cooking to a higher quality level.

Just as an aside.. Every time I go I really envy the knives selection, especially the Japanese knives in the counter display. Worth a glance even if you are just window shopping.

This store is a gem and owners Pamela and Michael couldn't be nicer and more helpful as you browse their extensive inventory of all things kitchen and food. The olive oil is superb and a deal particularly if you return for refills. A trip to the area would not be complete without a visit to The Happy Eggplant.

Don't let the small store size fool you, they've got so much merchandise tucked inside that store that will amaze you. Top notch merchandise that I really appreciate. They've got big items and every gadget imaginable. I've requested a specific brand of baking pans that she didn't have on hand. In just a few minutes she located the manufacturers catalogue and within a week they were in stock ready for pick-up! The owner went above and beyond to make sure I was satusfied. Besides those mentioned she carries gourmet goods to entice you. If you have a kitchen item in mind go here and you'll be sure to leave a happy (sure to repeat!)customer.
