The geographical location is excellent. However because of the parking lot is not adequate for this place. The parking is relatively small and yet everyone and their grandma, parks as close to the front as possible. Causing a ton of traffic getting into this establishment from Broadway. Not to mention a ton of people coming and going in and out of the store. The store it's self is decent. The customer service is a little off. Every person I interacted with, has this ,"I have other things to do" vibe. When I asked for help I got the most generic answer, to my problem. None the less I tried the employees advice, it was wrong. I had to come back to the store and try again. When I went to return the item I had purchased 3 associates were standing in a circle talking to each other. With their backs facing towards where customers stand in line. So they can't even see if someone was standing there. I had to wave my hands to get their attention, after standing there for a minute. The experience was good after that, at least. Something just seems off about this home Depot. I felt it 3 years ago. Which was the last time I visited. I now know this location is just like that. I will refrain from going to this store. Maybe it's the lack of situational awareness from both customers and employees, or something.

The layout of the store is way different, it seems in every store. Makes it hard for a quick shopping run and not forget something. I don't care for that because time is money and all I'm doing there is spending or losing money when I can't find something or forget something because I didn't see it in the same place as the last HD I was in. Otherwise, it's not a total waste trying to find help. There were a couple of employees who did point out where things may be but weren't sure.

I've shopped at this location countless times and always had great customer service—until I encountered Sahlee. Her attitude was extremely disappointing, and after this experience, I won’t be returning. She even mentioned she was annoyed to help me because it was her lunch break, though it was 5:45 PM.

The worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. Just trying to get refund and being told you’re a liar with a receipt. The manager was uneducated and misinformed along with most of the staff. The fact they have jobs is amazing. If you value your hard earned money do not spend it at this store. Home Depot needs to hold there staff to a higher level. I will also be reaching out to their regional superiors. We’ll be taking our business to Lowe’s or Ace from now on.

Bought an Lg dishwasher in march that has not worked right from the beginning! Doesn't drop soap(soap door doesn't open up). Doesn't drop rinse liquid. Doesn't heat up or dry dishes. Doesn't work right at all. LG sends out people 2 repair people that seat ther and push buttons on machine and open the dishwasher up and soap door still closed so they open the trap door on the soap despenser and say everything is fine with it. Go to Home Depot and try to get satisfaction after spending a lot of money there, and they won't replace it or give you your money back. I bought my whole kitchen there (stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher and washer and dryer. Lots of money spent there. They don't care that they sold me a dishwasher that doesn't work!!! Bought all these appliances at the same time, and they don't care when one don't work

Only Home Depot I go to! They’re awesome and always have a good stock of materials I need. Kent has helped me a few times when I go in with cuts and is awesome. Very helpful person who always seems to be there just when I need some help! Great job guys give Kent a pay bump!

As a contractor, I rely on Home Depot for quality materials and service, but my recent experience was extremely frustrating. After a recent knee injury, I switched my pick-up orders (4 orders) to curbside to make things easier for me. I explained to the employee that I had a recent knee injury— Unfortunately, the staff did not accommodate my request, and I had to struggle to get my items myself in multiple trips. This lack of consideration for customers with mobility issues is unacceptable.

Home Depot should do better to accommodate customers’ needs, particularly contractors who have come to rely on their service. This experience has made me question if I can continue to depend on Home Depot for my business in the future.

I wish that this store might turn their music down at night I have a difficult time sitting on my porch wanting to listen to the quite of the evening hours. I live across the street in the saguaro sun 55 plus mobile home park. Thank you. Please, consideration would be very appreciated
