We spent one night at this Inn while visiting the college nearby. The hotel is modern and spacious. The restaurant downstairs had very good food and friendly service. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very quiet and clean. It’s a good, but if you need a place close to Swarthmore College.

OK experience. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great location. Good restaurant on site. There was a strong sour smell in my room (Dirty carpet? Pet of a former guest?) and the hvac was loud so I did not get a good night’s rest. The bed was also too soft (for me).

This is a great hotel. Comfortable, clean, and located in a great area. I have stayed a few times and it is just a nice place to be in. The parking in back of the hotel is easy. There is coffee in the lobby in the morning. It is in the town of Swarthmore, so coffee, restaurants, shops, a food co-op are all nearby. The campus bookstore is on the ground floor, as well as a restaurant. Everything you need in a hotel - I look forward to staying at the hotel

This is a lovely hotel located right on the campus of Swarthmore, making it easy to access the college and any sporting events. The staff were friendly, parking was easily available on site, and there are several food options just across the street (bakery is a must visit!). The only issue was the walls are thin we could hear our neighbors talking, playing music (even at a regular volume), blow drying hair, etc. Overall, it was a nice stay and we would stay there again.

We found this hotel by searching on pet-friendly and it had the best rates in the area. The room was spacious and private. Very nice hotel in the midst of a small college town. Located near shops and cafes. We went for a walk in the morning through the quaint neighborhoods. The EV charger was a level 1.

The service at our rehearsal dinner was excellent. The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive. The dining area was roomy and we were able to take plenty of pictures. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower and bathroom had plenty of linens. The bed was very comfy. There was plenty to room to spread our belongings and prepare for the wedding.

This hotel is what it is, which is a place to lay your head when visiting your kids at Swarthmore College. It is not a romantic hotel or overly relaxing place to stay. We live in Media which is about 2 miles away and our power was out due to a wind storm. The front desk has a ring bell attached to it, so that lets you know right out of the gate how attentive they are. The rooms are very clean and comfortable except for the wooden desk chair they probably got the from the college in 1976. The sink in the bathroom has more water pressure than the shower. I realize this is a "granola" area of Delco, but everyone likes a good shower, and this wasn't it. We had dinner at their only restaurant, Broad Table Tavern. The food was great, but the service was very slow for a Monday night. I ordered the Roast Pork sandwich and my Wife had the Beef Bolognese and it took over 30 minutes to get our food. Unlike other hotel rooms, you can't connect to your Netflix, Prime, Hulu so your kids get to experience what it was like in 1996 in having to read a scroll directory to find the show you want. Last but not least, the front desk doesn't carry corkscrews/wine keys. I actually had to go to the bar, and the bartender lent me her ONLY wine key. I then had to walk to the third floor to open the bottle of wine we brought and then return the wine key. That was because the elevator didn't go to the third floor, only the second. Slow clap. Again, if your option is to stay in your freezing cold house to pray for the electricity to be restored, or spend $250 at the Inn at Swarthmore, you might want to book the Hampton Inn in Media.

The bed was extremely comfortable here. The front desk staff wasn't friendly honestly. When I went to check in, the man didn't even smile or anything. Said the bare minimum and almost seemed annoyed. When I was leaving, I was told to just leave my key, but I needed to see my bill etc. and that person also seemed annoyed that they had to work with me. No smile or friendly greeting.
