Linden was wonderful, he squeezed my mum in for a massage and a facial for me. He was very careful as I mentioned I have sensitive skin/eczema and have had reactions before. He tested all products and explained what each one was doing. He was lovely to chat with and was so nice. I'll be back again for all future facials!

I took my partner here for a couple massage and it was absolutely amazing! We were welcomed with red wine and champagne. The energy, the environment, the people were all so welcoming and vibey! We left completely satisfied with the massage and a bag of goodies + cookies! 10/10 we will return! 🙂 ❤️

Linden was very rude and unfriendly; the place was dingy and dirty. The services provided were not as advertised. I would avoid this salon like the plague.

11/10/2024-I saw the post that the owner left in response to the very honest review to the disappointing services that I was provided and was really upset about the gaslighting attack to my character. You provided bad services. Don’t attack people who call you out for it.

I've been a client for almost 16 years and I take my mother in for weekly hair appointments as well. I get so many compliments on my hair color and I love the month facial and massage combo. This spa is beautiful and a must see!

Linden has a great spa. It is decorated so nicely that you almost feel at home. His service is second to none since he got me in and out for my Brazilian in no time at all. I like that since I have a busy schedule. I also don't mind him being fast since he's already a friend and I'm used to the process. Linden has great customer service which shows every time I'm there. He's also very knowledgeable. You'll know why it was voted best spa on the North coast when you go.
