The express lane is a scam. At that point just remove the sign if you're not going to enforce it. The regular are way faster than the express, very unfortunate.

I love this store. I forgot about it & my wife has to remind me! The Prices are WAYYY CHEAPER than Ralph's. The meat, produce & water especially. Today's visit we were greeted & everyone was friendly except at check out when Martha the cashier didn't say one word to me & my wife. No hello, no do you need bags & didn't look at me when she handed me the receipt.

The Chicken Is Always Raw And Nasty
There's A Lady That Works In The Food Court Always Mad Always Giving Out Bad Attitude, She Was Eating In The Back And Didn't Wash Her Hands And Gave Me Raw Chicken That Made My Stomach Hurt !!! 😔 They Treat You Like Dogs .

Went downhill! They never have enough cashiers! The lines go half way down the isle. It creates a fire hazard as it blocks everyone from being able to walk through. The handicap isle is never open. The express isle is never open. Half the cashiers have attitudes and terrible customer service. Customer in front of me forgot to ask for a bag, then at the end when he did the cashier blew up on him. Its just a bag!!!

Affordable prices, great hot food section and a decent selection of products. Customer service needs to be significantly improved. There is no greeting nor “have a good day” or anything like that. Usually only two cashiers even when is very crowded in the store. Another downside is no self checkout either. Otherwise this super is known for affordable prices and delicious food
