Went here for Christmas shopping this year, great deals but a little crowded.

We didn’t get everything we needed; so we went to the north face at KOP.

Let me say; the Northface at KOP SUCKS!! They had nothing compared to this store.

Of the stores visited staff were personable and patient. One store sold stretch pant sets with tops,and long length jackets and coats.. One flaw involved the air quality at that location. The air quality was overly pungent and strong and I could not remain in the store no longer than 5 minutes. Not a good place to visit if you have any lung problems.

We've received some very good deals at this outlet over the years. The sales staff are very friendly and accommodating. I wish I remembered the name of the guy that helped us look for a coat on Black Friday 2019. He went to the back but they didn't have what we were looking for. He was still very helpful.

I only gave 4 stars because the selection wasn't good at all this last time around. It wasn't the chaos of Black Friday, it was just too many of the same type of selections.

Lucky me I was able to find a beautiful coat for my 13 year old daughter at the store in King of Prussia. It was originally $230 and I wound up getting it for $155. (25% off, 10% off for VIP member and then 15% cash back from Ebates/Rakuten)

Nice selection of stores laid out very well. Easy to navigate. Lots of convenient parking. We shop there often.
