Customer service is non existent. I asked the girl behind the desk if they had a certain shirt and was basically told to go look myself because she couldn’t be bothered with it. You should know your inventory, or whether or not you even ever had it. It wasn’t hard. I didn’t want to waste my time looking through racks and racks of clothes if you did not have it.

I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

*Actually, I did. I did get my shirt elsewhere and when asked they said they did have it and even went and got it for me. I definitely will not be coming back here.

Tons of blue jeans and lots more. The nicest lady was working when I was there. Maybe she's an owner? Such a great selection of jeans, hoodies, skirts, flannel shirts..... I love to go there!

We have been everywhere looking for jeans and this place was the only place that had a large selection of size 28x32 jeans. I was able to get a great men's shirt, Wrangler Riata. It is a full American size length, not a short version that untucks all the time. Very well made with a super fit! The older gentleman knew mens clothes very well and was able to help me get something quickly. We will be back!!

The Pants Barn always has a nice selection of men's work clothes at good prices. Which is why I drive out of my way to shop there. Also, its owned and operated by some great local folks.
