When I moved to Harrisburg in 1986, Isaac Mishkin greeted me at his store and to this day I have the same experience with his daughter Kirsten. Friendly staff, absolute quality clothing and international style. A unique experience. Clothes from The Plum last a lifetime. Don't think twice.
