I am never one to write bad reviews but sadly the #1 one reason I never come into this store is because of the constant customer service. Each time and time again I can walk into TRW and there only be 3 people in the store and never be greeted or ask if I need helping with anything. BUT the other 2 ladies that had came in before or after me are greeted and taken care of. I could even have jeans or any item in my hand and still not be asked anything. I definitely don't feel comfortable shopping here.

Love the car freshies they carry. I buy them on repeat. Very cute store with friendly staff! These car freshies last for so long, and I get compliments constantly when people walk past my car.

My first time being in there and no one said a word to me, no one greeted me or anything... I walked around for about 5 min in silence(only consumer in there).. was very disappointed in the consumer service since there were 3 girls on the clock... but I love the clothes and earrings and I love how it’s affordable!
