Our first visit to this outdoor shopping venue had us in awe with its beautiful flowers, palm trees, kiddie train & plenty of outdoor seating spaces.

We found this place to offer a variety of places to eat, shop & entertain. Definitely a place to return as we were not able to see everything within the time we visited.

Accessibility was great from numerous handicapped parking, cut curbs to accessible rest rooms. ♿

Had a blast with my kids over the weekend. So many cool shops here. Waited in some lines but worth it overall. We initially went for the sonic speed cafe which my son really enjoyed as he is a major sonic fan. I would definitely shop here again.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the treatment I received from the security staff at the shoppes at chino hills. As a male who values genuine human interaction and is actively seeking to create meaningful connections, I was appalled by the cantankerous and frankly misandrist attitude displayed by one of the mall’s security guards.

Rather than fostering an environment of inclusivity and respect, the guard singled me out for simply engaging in polite, respectful conversation with others. His behavior was not only unnecessarily antagonistic but deeply insulting. I was followed, harassed, and treated as though my actions—approaching others with sincerity—were some kind of crime.

The pervasive misandry in this encounter was unmistakable. I was unfairly judged and ridiculed simply for being a man attempting to connect with people in a public space. This guard’s demeaning words and hostile demeanor reflected a bias that has no place in a setting intended to welcome all members of the community.

If the shoppes at chino hills is truly committed to being a safe and welcoming environment, I urge management to address the behavior of their security staff. This kind of harassment is unacceptable and contributes to an atmosphere of exclusion and hostility. I hope the mall takes appropriate action to ensure that no one else has to endure such degrading treatment.

Great little Saturday spent taking the little ones to the shops. Husband was working so decided to get out of the house and let the kids enjoy themselves. Good food court options and train ride is an absolute favorite for our son ! As well as the water show that they have there. Afters ice cream Wetzel pretzel and a sonic place was pretty fun and always a family favorite place to go!

Various shops at one place! Good place to hang around and visit shops here! We love to come here visit the stores. Enjoy your time with many different stores from clothing to food. The place is neat and clean.
