So I ordered this pair of boots from The Twisted Spoke in Batesville, Ar., I drove up there, picked them up , drove all the way back home and when I opened the package I was very upset. The boots were all scuffed up from people trying them on in the store. I called the store and the woman told me I could return them. I drove back up there to return the boots and the woman there told me they could put the money on a gift card and order a new pair and that I would pay for them when they came in, but that they wouldn’t get them in before Christmas. I said that was fine. December went by, then January. In the beginning of February I called the store again to find out about the boots and a girl told me that the woman had ho told me they woyld be order had no business telling me that because she isn’t the one who does the ordering. She also told me that she would find out and call me back within the hour. I waited and she never called back. So ghe next day or so I called back again to find out why my call was not returned like I was told would happen and the girl proceeded to tell me that the owner told her not to call me because she was going to call and take care of it. I never heard from the owner. The girl told me that I could go online and order the boots from somewhere else and I told her I didn’t want to do that because I had the gift card from that store and the boots were all I wanted. She told me they didn’t have those boots in stock. So I went online and ordered them. Little did I know I would be getting the same exact pair back that I had previously returned. They took the same boots I had returned and slapped them into a random box and shipped them to me. I was beyond angry. My husband was not happy either. I immediately called the store again and asked to speak to the owner. The girl said that she was not there but she would be there the next day. The girl had kind of an attitude. Probably because I was not very nice on the phone, but surely she can understand why I am so frustrated. She said I could return them and get my money back. I told her I didn’t want it on no gift cars because I wouldn’t spend another cent in that store. Absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with. I hate being lied to and getting the run atound.I guess I will see what happens tomorrow when I speak to the owner. That will be another review.
