Charged me 85 dollars for a product that had a 50 dollar price tag. I guess that’s to be expected in this greedy world for me being in a rush. Get out to my car, vape was too clogged to even hit it. I would try to go back and maybe get some type of refund but A. I don’t have the time, I thought I was buying a product that worked, and B. I’ll get the same “well if you try it before you leave the store we can refund you but once you take it out we can’t” run around so now I have to eat it. Unless if they want to contact me and make it right I will never go back nor suggest it to anyone. Go to Spankys they’ve been around this area for a long time for a reason.

The place is nice. They have almost everything, but I can see how the employees could come off as rude. I always feel like I'm being stared at the whole time I'm in there, and I don't like that. Stuff there is pretty pricey, too. I like the place, but I also have mixed feelings

It's a good place friendly staff for sure but I bought an elf vape and not supposed to clog and it dose I lost allot of the oil bc of it they do not work I paid 50.00 for it

I like the place it's clean the workers there are nice and polite and they have the least expensive cigarettes there.The 1 thing I have a problem with is everything else is twice to 3 times more expensive then any other head shop,I understand about expenses but there is a difference of waiting a couple hours for the others to open or spend the money on the same thing you could of waited formyself I'll wait for the others to open.they used to let my dog in with me but because they have a cat there which he doesn't bother, my dog was raised around cats so much he thinks he is a cat all he is,is loud he is a big baby and everyone likes him no matter where I go,if he was dangerous they would never let him in Walmart or the dollar store.thats why I have only give 3 stars no other reasons. And 1 last thing,if everything is good then why no refunds?I can see no refunds on disposable lighters but when you pay $20 plus for a lighter or a vape and it's missing something or it's broken and brought back within a day or two what's the problemyou should stand behind whatever country you bought it from hell alibaba even has refunds,for the price and money that people spend buying that crap me I would make sure it all works before leaving the store because once you walk out its your problem then trying to fix it,replace it and thateand the lighters also from $2 to how ever much they cost does not matter if you saved the receipt went to the car and came back spankys offers return and refunds if the stuff doesn't work.

I'm actually extremely interested in seeing the video you have where you claim my wife was being rude to your employee. My daughter's grandmother purchased a Christmas gift that was missing a piece of the back. My wife simply stated that the grandmother was not asking for a refund, she was simply asking for it to either be replaced or something to just keep the batteries in the back. No one was rude, no voices were raised. If there are policy's against that that's ok but your complete incompetent employee could have simply stated that was against policy and that could have been the end. We were simply asking you to make what wasn't right, right again. I see thats entirely to much to ask. You people are rude, and will never receive anyone we knows business again. Maybe if the employee had more basic knowledge on how sales are finalized this would no longer be an issue. Do better.

Place is a joke lol. Would have taken normal pictures of the place and posted but I didn't want to waste my time. They seem to just want you to buy something or get out.
