I purchased a 2016 Audi A3. I was greeted and walked through the process by Miguel who was very friendly and straightforward. It was a very good experience and very smooth. The car was exactly what I was looking for and everything about it history wise was laid out completely for us to see. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle here.

The Warehouse at Conshohocken has some great deals. If you are looking online from out of state, or if you are local, and aren’t quite sure if you should go ahead, I wanted to write this review to say I had a great experience with them and would recommend it.

I would highly recommend asking to work with Todd, who was a fantastic salesperson, and, if it were not for his help, I would not have completed the sale and would have gone somewhere else due to my initial concerns that popped up along the way.

I waited a few months to see if my car developed any issues before I wrote the review and am happy to say it's been great.

Background of my story is I purchased a 2018 Lexus LC500 from the Warehouse at Conshohocken, out of state, sight unseen. I initially found the car on Auto Trader and it was the exact color combination I wanted in an older model year with low milage, at a slightly higher price than I was willing to pay. After talking with Todd, I was amazed that he immediately wrote down all my questions, went to the car, researched the data, checked with finance, and came back with an updated price and info later that afternoon. The whole process took about 2 weeks, summarized below.

One major concern I had was during the transaction period: my credit card I used was stolen on the same day I used it to place the holding fee. Initially I was sure it was from The Warehouse and was going to pull out of the sale, but Todd and team did everything in their power to help reassure me, even taking the car for inspection, and providing me answers to all of my questions. It ended up turning out to be a coincidence and I went through with the deal.

I ended up shipping the car across the country and once it arrived, I was amazed by the quality and was so happy with how everything went. If you are concerned, please see my notes below, and know that I would recommend working with them.

Highlights
- Todd went above and beyond to help me, and provided me with great support
- Took dozens of extra pictures
- Initially flexible on price
- Took (hilarious/informative) video of the car on a lift for me
- Went and sat in the car to figure out if it could be upgraded to Apple Car Play (which was a deal breaking feature for me)
- Arranged for car to be driven to independent inspector
- Talked/texted with me daily for two weeks though the purchase process, countless hours of work and support
- Worked seamlessly with the car shipping company to deliver to me
- Was super enthusiastic and fun to work with, great sense of humor, made process fun
- Major concern of mine was getting scammed, didn’t know if the Warehouse was a real used car dealer or not. Learned they are part of Wynnewood Audi and all wires were directly with Audi.
- Able to get a purchase agreement in place & independently confirm routing number with Audi for a safe transaction
- Had experts on hand to navigate correct legal procedure for out of state car purchase

Disadvantages of dealership/out of state
- Car had aftermarket badges on the sides (fake Nissan GTR) that were not removed.
- There were many small scratches and imperfections in the car I wasn’t aware of buying it online. Honestly assumed it would be much worse because buying the car unseen has so many risks and it's hard to catch things in pictures, so I was pleasantly surprised when the car arrived with no major red flags
- Car needed maintenance, such as new tires, oil change, new cabin air filters, etc, only found via independent pre-purchase inspection, which was a few extra thousand USD on my end after the purchase (tires are super expensive on some of these cars)
- Make sure you know their cars generally don’t come with any warranty
- Requires you to arrange car transport to get the best deal, is completely fair, but something to consider
- Out of state is the dealer does not take care of any of the DMV issues or sales tax, so, in my case, I had to go to the DMV once the car was delivered

Our experience with The Warehouse Conshohocken has been excellent.  We are not local, so it added an extra complication to our journey in purchasing a car but our sales rep Miguel went over and beyond to work with us to make sure we were comfortable.  We were traumatized from our last purchase at a different dealer and the difference here is remarkable.  Miguel was always patient with our numerous calls and since we were not able to be there personally he facilitated a pre-inspection check at a mechanic of our choosing. The entire team is courteous and helpful.  On the day of closing they had our paperwork ready and it was quick and efficient and we were happily on our way with a beautiful 2015 Audi A5 Convertible.  We will definitely make the trip here for a future purchase.

I had a great buying experience at The Warehouse Conshohocken! Pasha helped me find my perfect car. He was very friendly and helpful. I came in wanting a Honda CRV but left with a Honda Pilot, which to my surprise I like even more than the CRV. They were transparent about the back tires and rear brakes needing replaced and they were able fixed the car up before I picked it up. Also, Amy was able to find the best financing deal, at a monthly price I was most comfortable with. I recommend checking this place out for your next used car!
