I was at the Wigwam for a conference this fall, everything was great from check in to check out. We had a golf tournament, used their conference facility and had events daily on the grounds. All of it was executed well. The food was good. I had several meals at their restaurants and they excellent. Two things that stood out for me. I felt comfortable and relaxed during my entire stay and the staff were all very nice helpful.

The Service in the restaurant wigwam bar was absolutely outstanding top-notch and very customer oriented it was impressive! ||Also wanted to give a shout out to Beth Schliebe The yoga instructor at the fitness center she was one of the best I’ve ever had! So knowledgeable and her classes were fantastic! She really made me feel welcome!! ||Overall this was a wonderful experience I would highly recommend the Wigwam!

We were there for our stay on for a conference. The Rooms were beautiful and very ample. Overall the staff was outstanding. Our only issue was that we rented an EV Vehicle, we had researched prior to our stay that they had an EV Charger. Unfortunately the charger the hotel had was only for Tesla's and would not work with other EV Vehicles. We wasted over 4hours trying to find an EV station that was functional (45mins from hotel, plus charge time). I hope that the hotel will add an additional EV charger that can work for other vehicles that are not Tesla's. Overall the service was impeccable, Shannon Lyman helped us surprise a friend of mine who was celebrating her birthday, they did outstanding. ||One thing you should watch out is their irrigation system. The irrigation system was on during the day and this caused us to get wet several times, I hope that they can fix their irrigation system so that it works only late at night and avoid from folks getting get as well as being more Eco-friendly. ||Asides from the EV incident we had an outstanding experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here while in town for the NASCAR championship. Everyone was super polite and attentive. Golf cart shuttle on demand was super helpful. We enjoyed room service and a massage at the spa. Everything was top notch.

My mother in law purchased a week stay here during Easter week so I don’t know the exact pricing but she did say by the end of it she walked out with a $3,000 bill!! We stayed here for 2days because she didn’t like it wanted to go to her daughter’s house and she didn’t want her money to go to waste.. The grounds were absolutely beautiful!! I lived in this area pretty much my whole life and never knew about this hidden gem!! This is not a kid friendly resort like the others I’ve been to but wasn’t really expecting it to be. The pool was pretty basic and the water slide didn’t work during our stay. The pool side food was really good! I would say the best pool side food I had so far!! I did look at the rates to book a birthday staycation and was not going to for the prices. I do think this is a good atmosphere for 45 and up.

It is a nice place to go sometimes I wish they would simplify the menu everything has so many ingredients and is so heavy you can't just get normal pancakes or normal French toast or normal avocado toast!! But we've always had a good time there we just don't really eat there we go elsewhere.. also not everybody likes dark roast Starbucks either lol . usually you get a medium and light roast too but all I got was three dark roast!

Such an amazing stay. Hotel is in a very nice, clean area. Staff was friendly, rooms were super clean. They upgraded us for free which was a nice surprise. One downside was the pool. It was warm and unclean, not ideal for 110 degree weather. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you for a memorable stay.

We had a great experience with our stay at the wigwam, next time I am planning on golfing. The room was great, no microwave unless you purchase one from the front desk. But other than that, great time.
