They have really nice stuff and at reasonable prices when they have sales. We ordered a jewellery box, a locket, Christmas ornament and a baby frame. The engraving was ready in 45 mins and beautifully done. Sadie was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. It took a while to decide and she helped us throughout the process

The wife and I got our gifts for our wedding party here on pretty short notice. The staff were excellent, and my groomsmen absolutely loved the engraved knives that I got them. If I ever need gifts like this again, I know I will be remembering Things Remembered!

I visited Things to Remember in the Lehigh Valley Mall on 6/26 where Kayla (I believe that was her name) answered questions and addressed my situation in a very professional matter. Kayla had a great attitude, was polite, and represented your company well. I would recommend going into the store and working with Kayla.

Alot of great personalized gift ideas. Quick wait for them to engrave on the items. Not alot of associates to help the customers. Last time I went I had to wait for the 2 employees to finish with their never ending personal conversation before they asked what I wanted.

The person at the counter was really rude to me. I said it does not look neat. Her reply was “I dont know what you see there. It looks fine to me” and gave me a whole bunch of attitude. This will be my last time visiting this store. The experience was really awful. The least customer service that I expect is for the person to smile and not give bunch of attitude.

Nice selection of wedding gifts but engraving is a total rip-off. $10 for first word, $3 for each after. I paid more for the minimal engraving I chose than I paid for the product! At the very least, the first word should be free!
