A little gem right off the bay. They have a variety of beer, food that will fulfill your tummy, and the friendliest staff!

This was our second visit and it was just as pleasant as our first. The Hawaiian and Chicago dogs are fire. The green chile queso dip was fantastic as well. Good beer, good vibes, good people.

Set right in the centre of downtown is the delightful “Three Stacks and a Rock Brewing Company”. Six of their own draft brews, and some guests too. Great bar food; we had super-loaded nachos.

It is located in the former aquarium, and some of the old signage survives - it made us smile!

Friendly bar staff and locals.

Lovely spot to grab a drink and view the sunset behind the Morro Rock. This place is right on the Embarcadero, and they have small outdoor seating. Tried their IPA and Chips Queso sitting outside enjoying the surreal view.

My experience here is usually good.
Today however, was different,
I guess he's having a rough go or something and has a shorter tolerance window for customers and their personalities.
Me: "Can I taste XYZ when you get a chance?"
Andy: "No, I'll buy your next beer because you're buggin' me. You're done. You only owe $4.00."
I've been here 30 minutes. A customer next to me was going to stay and chat and left after this exchange.
For reference, I'm sober. As a person with different abilities, I don't feel groovy drinking or staying with a bartender that would say that to someone...
I've been a bartender myself, now medical professional, and even on my worst days I would still would never say that to a person. Overall, the vibe here is pretty good. Sam is kind, amiable, and a great bartender. The cooks make amazing dogs, and it's still a favorite spot of mine to go when I'm in town.

I don't need a free beer. I'd prefer basic respect and some grace when my conditions are "annoying" to the bartender. It's not like I can control everything about myself that makes me different. Thanks for the shotty reminder, Andy. Please be kinder to the next person in my shoes.

What a great place. This little brewery has great beer, great food, and you can’t beat the location. The Chicago Dog was excellent and pairing that with a flight of beers was a perfect way to end a day. Plus they’re dog friendly!

We visited Morro bay for the weekend and stopped here because I seen 3 blocks away and it was calling my name.
I tried the Sativa IPA and I wanted more, lol. We git the nachos and the black beans made this dish so delicious, the parmasen that was on there was a great addition.
We also got the chops and Queso and this was really good, little chunks of jalapeños gave it a great kick.
If you are in Morro Bay you must give this a try.

The beer was delicious! The bartender was very friendly! Dogs were allowed on the patio, which was great cause my friend brought his dog along. And the patio view of Morro Rock was a perfect way to watch sunset after a wonderful day in morro bay!

We have been coming here for years. They offer about 25 beers, both their own, "Coastal Eddy," and other local brews.
They offer a selection of gourmet hotdogs - big and meaty.
They are in what used to be the seal aquarium on Embarcadero on the southern end of town.
Great place.
