This is not the first time I couldn’t get service at this gas station because the employees would have to do something. This time they couldn’t give me $40 in change if I got gas there so they forced me to go to their competitors just because no one wanted to open their drawer. this was at 2:03 on February 6th, 2 girls and one boy were in there twiddling their thumbs couldn’t be bothered to work. I really try to give to my local businesses, but this place is becoming ridiculous!

Staff is incredibly rude. Deceptive pricing in their store. Charges more than whats posted. When brought up they get combative, argumentative, and will not honor the prices posted. This place has gone completely downhill since changing owners.

Prices are ridiculously high, place not clean enough and not the best coffee for sure.
It’s also definitely not the cheapest gas station around and the prices in the convenience store bumped up.For example Sandwich that cost 6.5$ now 9$ (insane). The highlight is that employee in the store will clean the floor and at the same time will serve you and will touch food with dirty hands.

The Hispanic employee is USELESS and charged me two times for gasoline. When I notified her since I saw it pending on my bank statement she told me it would go away. I was charged both times and when I called they refuse to do anything about it. Her name is Eliza by the way, if any managers are watching she is not capable of doing her job and needs training.

Don’t go to this station unless you want a headache trying to get your money back.

they never have paper for receipts at the pump. You always have to go in the store for your receipt. I think they never change the paper so you might buy something else in the store but it's so annoying especially if you have kids in the car. It is really the last time I'm using this gas station!

I went here for years until they doubled charged my debit card for fuel. After calling the debit card provider they said to ask the gas station for a refund on the 2nd double charge, instead the gas station just denied it was double charged even though I showed them on my phone. More than 72 hours has passed and they still have yet to refund me. Their phone number doesn't work, but rather leads to a fax machine. No website, or corporate line.

I will gladly take down this post if they can refund my money.
Never deal with crooks who refuse to refund your money when it's apparent there is a duplicate token code.

Only use cash unless you are ok with them double charging you and doing nothing about it!

UPDATE: 8/14/2023:
The issue has FINALLY been resolved! The problem was with Square and their system, they admitted on the news that there was a double charging glitch and the refunds will be given. I have received my refund for the money lost and thankful that patience is a virtue. I am updating this bad review to a 5 star GOOD REVIEW since everything was brought to light.

just wanna say everybody at the thrifty food store where the sunshine..... I just want to thank Ricardo for going above and beyond I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. This is a angel in disguise that works for you guys. I just want to make sure that I gave him his proper accolades and hopefully his managers and everybody that sees his review they see the greatness but I seen him thank you For being a true customer service MVP. I wish you nothing but prosperity and longevity
