We loved our experience w/ TileCo. We worked mostly with Lourdes (I think that's spelling her name right) and she was incredibly helpful and professional. We spent a LOT of time thinking ideas through with her and coming back again and again. She helped us find different options when our original choices were out of stock (a big pandemic issue). TileCo's team also helped us order extra pieces when our tile guy needed a few more. They have early hours, so it's not a place you can go to after work, but really that's not a big deal. Overall, a great place!

When you shop at Tileco, be prepared to step back in time. To a moment when shopkeepers handpicked only the best merchandise to fill their shelves. When merchants greeted you genuinely, and you felt immediately welcomed and at home. When a sales team graciously showed real interest in your needs and tastes. Then helped you through a wide range of selections to suit. This is the experience we have every time we shop at Tileco. This is an extraordinary store. Filled with the finest products and a truly amazing staff. They were essential to our remodel. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

I have never written a review for any company but Tileco deserves one, so here goes. I have used Tileco for three different homes over the last 23 years. And Tileco deserves to be recognized, hence this review. The store in Santa Barbara is so well setup, the selection so varied, but most importantly, the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Even with so many choices there was never a rush to make a decision, and even after a decision was made, the staff was supportive when I changed my mind, even if it took us back to square one. Tileco is the place to go if you need tile whether you know exactly what you want or you don’t have a clue. Either way you will be glad you did; I am.
