Previous lifelong timberland boot owner. Picture on the right is my prior pair that I hiked and backpacked in from 2018, hundreds of miles on them. They were due for a replacement so I ordered same model, same size, which is the picture on the left. i took them for a practice hike of about 4 miles and found their sizing had changed and the size 13s were now significantly larger with my feet sliding in them on downhill sections. Timberland would not process the return even after I cleaned them, zero scuffs and no dirt. Will never buy a timberland product again. Bought a pair of Danner boots that fit properly and am very happy with that brand.

Good selection of Timberland shoes for all gender. I bought from here several times since they open. Most shoes are regular priced and only the sale items have a good discount. The inventory are out on the show floor so its easy to see if they have the correct size. They also sell some accessories and clothing.

The manager here needs to be replaced and the employee needs to be the new manager. Why...? The manager does not know how to listen nor treat customers. After he walked away, the employee dove right in and saved my day! For a young man, he has all the skills to treat a customer and went out of his way to show me several pairs... I had an idea of what I was looking for, but changed my mind and bought a pair based on this employees recommendation. Awesome shoes ... ! Thanks to that employee, I will definitely go back. I highly recommend this place... but not the manager. A very big thank you to that employee...you are awesome!!!
