The T-Mobile team at this location is wonderful! Philip and Rochelle spent a lot of time making sure all of my needs were met. They really went above and beyond to help me switch over to t-Mobile. Today I walked into my local T mobile in Ojai. Rachel Martinez helped me. She was the first one to greet me w/ a smile & asked how she could help. She was sweet, knowledgeable & informative. She changed out my screen saver w/ no extra charge (it was part of my plan).

Just left this new T-Mobile in Ojai and it was nothing short of AMAZING! The staff was awesome and very knowledgeable. They really made it worth the drive from Santa Barbara. I highly recommend you visit the store for all of your cellular needs and make T-Mobile your carrier.

My phone was stolen and I was a hot mess, not only on one visit but two. All of the service reps at this store were nice and beyond helpful. They really took their time to see me and take care of me. Hands down, the only silver lining to losing my phone and a shop I will happily visit again.
