This is my first time back at Tommy's European Service & Repair since the new management, and I wanted to rewrite my review. I had a 5-star review before ... and five stars they remain:

I recently had the steering rack on my Mercedes repaired at Tommy’s European Service & Repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mick, the manager, was outstanding from start to finish — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on getting the job done right.

There was a small snag during the process, but Mick handled it quickly and made sure everything was resolved without delay. He kept me informed, stood behind the work, and delivered exactly what he promised.

It’s rare to find a shop that combines expert European car knowledge with top-tier customer service at a great price, but this place does just that. I’ll absolutely be back for future service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any Mercedes owner.

I own an Alfa Romeo, which is not a very popular foreign vehicle. I take her to Tommy's and they take care of me just like the dealer at a fraction of the costs. The owner, Mick, is extremely personable and kind and paired with his many years of experience, he is also knowledgeable. I truly love a company that really value their customers and continue to make things better. Hey, even the lobby is great filled with coffee, snacks, great music, comfortable seating and the most amazing scent. Thank you Mick and crew for always providing a customer focused experience. Amazing automotive repair shop and service with knowledgeable staff!

Family owned, very respectful, helpful and honest.

Mick and his team did a great job with communication, evaluating and giving me my options without breaking the bank!!

I was having issues with my Audi A4 Engine Mounts, Upper timing cover, European synthetic oil change.

Brought my Audi Q5 here to get a second quote from the dealership and Tommy’s Price was nearly half of what the dealership quoted. Mick was extremely professional and the service I received from him and his team was exceptional. I recommend anyone to come here to get any work done on their car. Brought my 2016 Mercedes GLE400 in for rear brakes and an oil change. They brought me home so they could work on it without me waiting around. Even delivered it once they were done. Mick, manager is top notch! I’m very pleased with the work that was performed. Will definitely be coming back for service here! Highly recommend!

We took my wife's 2014 Audi TT here after being quoted an excessive amount for repairs at the dealership. We saved a little bit of money on repairs bringing to Mick and his team and a lot more by driving their loaner as opposed to renting a car. The service is top notch and the communication never faltered. We will certainly be back when/if we need repairs in the future!
