I've only in Tootles once. I was able to purchase some bones for bone broth and others for bone marrow, which was nicely cut allowing easy access. My low rating is not due to their product offers, which I was very please with. My issue is that their business seems to be a hobby that they perform when they feel like it. I've shown up three times during their posted business hours only to find that they left early for the day. The most recent time I even called in. Their voice message said the hours for the day ended at 5:00, but when I called back and spoke to a person she said they were closing at 4:00 that day. When I arrived at 3:45 everyone was long gone. I'll be going to their closest competitor going forward. Tootles!!!

We moved to the area over a year ago. Ive attempted to go to this butcher shop several times over this time. Every single time, they've been closed. Didnt matter what time of day I showed up. I drove by today and they were wide open but, had an appointment. Its frustrating that a supposed "amazing butcher" is here in town yet, I end up driving to sac to get whats needed for my family.

My mom has been raving about Tootles since we moved here, we finally stopped in yesterday. 😯 It's a smaller butcher then what we had in Texas but the staff was super friendly and they had some delicious meats. We ate steaks last night and tonight will be bratwursts! Highly highly recommend!

Tootles Butcher Shop is a top notch family-ran butcher’s shop located in old-town Marysville. The customer service is outstanding and the quality of the meet is out of this world. During the Thanksgiving/Christmas season you will need to get your orders in early to ensure that you can get your prime rib. My favorite is the chili verde ....the steaks and in-house sausages are awesome too.
Tootles is a great locally owned business—-give them a try and you will see why their reviews are so good:)
