Zero star's, bunch of junk. I bought 3 things and it added up to $15 dollars? One of them i wasn't able to open it. When I got home opened it, It was like a tiny flag with the the stick for it missing. Also bought a little calculater, the batteries had completely melted into one big acid mess. Go to dollar store!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews on smaller businesses but I bought 4 boxes of headphones here, all of them were broken inside the box, one covered in ear wax. Why even sell these? I understand it’s an overstock/return store but why in the world would any sane person think anybody would be happy with this purchase? I’ve bought hundreds of items from other overstock stores and none of them were in this bad of condition. Especially selling them for $10 a box when you can get them brand new on Alibaba for less than 3 dollars.

Solid expierence at the overstock store. The person running the shop was very thoughtful towards every customer. Friday's $10 day is without a doubt a huge hit. Found 4 seasons of yellowstone on blueray! There are only a couple rules and thry are not hard to follower. Would recommend stopping by.

If I could leave zero stars i would. There was a man who either worked there or he was the was very rude. My friend was trying on some shoes and he man explained to her that the size was on the box. He kept going on and on. She tried to explain she was going to buy them and wanted to make sure they fit. He a very condescending man. I will never go there again.

I know its important to keep the store organized. But yelling at you because you want to see what is inside a box? not my style, we are the customers and there are better ways to say it, not yelling. My husband has audition issues so he could not listen the first time.
I visit plenty of stores with the same shopping style such as The cheaper store, Overstocked bins, Deal Busters, Deal Huntez, Bin Overstocked NC etc, and its the first time somebody scolds me or my husband for opening a box.
If that is the store rule, there are better ways.
After that me and my husband felt observed and did not enjoy our shopping.
Im glad they have plenty of happy customers and wish the best for this store, but we are not comming back, sorry.

This store has a very rude owner who yells if he thinks you are opening a package instead of kindly asking you not to or asking if you need help.There are ways to talk to customers and yelling is not right. A few days ago I was looking at a pack of shirt and looking at the folded corner to see the size and he yelled “ don’t open it” when I was just looking at the size. I personally wouldn’t recommend people to go here. There are plenty of other overstock stores locations. The customer service is horrible.

The info posted in the "About" section was very helpful. It appears that this store is similar to a store called "Deal Busters" located in Hemet. I love that place.

Very respectful owner, I was there when one of the customers came and starts opening boxes without listening to the owner when he was telling her not to do that, but she was ignoring what he was saying and kept opening boxes and ripping them, the owner was telling her I can open it for you please don't even the boxes she was un respectful. Wish all small business a lot of progress and these kind of people should also put them selfs in their place and not do that kind of stuff
