Yeah, better than I expected. I wish I would have went on a different site just to get a better rate but the rate that I got was pretty good for my short time stay. It was excellent. The bar/ steakhouse next door was very convenient. I felt very safe by the police station being across the street. Yeah behind the hotel is not so great but so what? There's a lot of amenities that you can go visit a lot of great views and sites. I will be returning again when the weather gets better

Well, I don't know when the pictures shown on their website were taken but I'd have to say not in the last few years. The place is a bit run down & not in the best area of town. Check-in is just weird; you first have to gain access to a very small locked lobby then use a computer to more or less use something like zoom to check-in. The face of a person is there, you can see & hear them talking but they could be thousands of miles away. A $100 deposit is required at check-in. I don't know what we possibly could have damaged. I realize technology is being used more but if the property owners don't feel it is safe to have an individual working there for check-in, I'm not sure anyone should be staying there. The parking is under the hotel & the parking area, like the rest of the place, needs a good cleaning. The shower curtain was moldy; cannot recommend this property.

The owner was super friendly and accommodating. We absolutely loved staying the night above a great bar that also served excellent food We absolutely scored on location and pricing after pulling over on our bikes for the night!

Positive: Room was clean Negative: I was embarassed to check my family into this hotel. We did not feel safe. This is basically a skidrow situation, with homeless shouting etc in the street. Parking is completly unsecuredRoom was dated, no accessable outlets, broken coffee maker, etc

Nothing good to say about the check-in and check-out process. The reception area can only be accessed by ringing the ring doorbell. With the heavy traffic outside, you can not hear anyone responding. Several rings later the door was unlocked and you are not greeted by a live person, just an unwelcoming kiosk. I had asked for a live person to come from the back room and was told no one was back there. (The person after us was greeted in person and was told the kiosk lady was working in the back room.) Horrible experience and will not stay there again and will warn anyone I know from using this property.

The room was a little tired, but everything was clean. Having chargers for EVs was a nice touch, but the parking lot is really tight if you have a minivan or pick-up. Most of the rooms on are on the second floor, and there's no elevator.||The worst thing is the check-in. There was no attendant. Everything was done via an off-shore call center, and the connection was wonky. Given his accent, I guessed that the attendant was in the Philippines, but when I asked him where he was, and all he would say was that he was in the "back-up office." It doesn't really matter where he was if the check-in was done via an online kiosk, but his dodging the question was weird.||We had a family suite, which was nice to have the girls in another room for a change instead of in the adjoining bed.||Overall, the hotel was a decent place to stay for the price.

The stay at the Town House Motel served it's purpose. Good rate, firm beds and hot showers. Great place to stay

Stole from me in addition to providing dirty and thoroughly damaged rooms. My first room was gross so I asked for another but the next was worse so I didn't stay there. Opted to sleep in my car instead.||They took a credit card as a deposit for "damages" before I saw the room and then charged me $115 on top of what I paid for the room AFTER I left having not stayed there. Took video to protect myself and submit to my credit card company to get my money back, wish I had photos of the disgusting rooms to share here.||The owner is ripping people off for a quick buck. Doesn't even have staff to help in person, locks guests in a room with a kiosk where someone from another country comes on screen to help who kept saying there was someone there that could help me but they never materialized.
